Catridge World Lilburn branch will pay $1 to GFI for every cartridge collected. The money raised will be used to help pay for the shipping cost of educational materials collected from Atlanta benefiting Filipino indigent children, public schools, day care centers and libraries.

"America" opens in Nov. at McDonough Public Library

(a Filipino Children's Art Exhibit) starting November 1-30, 2009 with an opening reception on Saturday, November 7th from 10 a.m. - 12 noon at McDonough Public Library

The Combined Federal Campaign Kicked-Off its rally at its Atlanta Regional Office. "Give Today and Change Tomorrow" is its 2009 slogan.

The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the annual fund-raising drive conducted by Federal employees in their workplace each fall. Each year Federal employees and military personnel raise millions of dollars through the CFC that benefits hundreds of non-profit charities.
The Combined Federal Campaign represents over 2200 different charities and GALING FOUNDATION, INC. (Code 92690) is once again a part of the CFC fundraising drive. Federal employees can donate to just one or as many as they like.

Roswell Library, COL Church & Atlanta residents donate to Galing Mindanao

Atlanta (September 12, 2009) - Galing Foundation, Inc. ships 4 balikbayan boxes full of books and school supplies to Galing Mindanao Outreach donated by Friends of Roswell Library, members of Cross of Life Lutheran Church and Jeniffer Garret.
