Galing Foundation, Inc. invites all children ages 5-15 yrs. old to join Munting Tinig, a Filipino Children's Singing Group to perform on April 17 (Saturday) at the 74th annual Dogwood Festival (http://www.dogwood.org/) at Piedmont Park under the direction of Ms. Virgie Baccay and Ms. Myrtle Yap.
Your children will learn to sing Filipino songs such as:
* Bahay Kubo, Leron,Leron Sinta and other popular Filipino songs
Schedule are as follows:
1. Sunday, March 7 (1-3pm) Parent Meeting & Rehearsal
2. Sunday, March 14 (1-3pm) Rehearsal
3. Sunday, March 21 (1-3pm) Rehearsal
4. TBA
4. Sunday, April 11 (1-3pm) Rehearsal
6. Saturday, April 17 Day of Performance
7. Sunday, April 25 Awards & Celebration
Rehearsals will be held at the home of Ms. Virgie Baccay in Acworth (4839 Thicket Path Acworth, GA 30102). This program is free however costume will not be provided. Costume will discussed by parents at the meeting. Application form is now available for download from www.galingfoundation.com. website.
