Annoucement: 2013 Youth Leader Nominees and Selection Committee Members

On its 7th year, Galing Foundation, Inc. in partnership with the Philippine Honorary Consulate General in Atlanta congratulates Je'an Francis Cantilang of Locust Grove, GA and James Tierra of Lawrenceville, GA as the 2013 Youth Leader Nominees. 
 
The Youth Leadership Award initiative aims to promote academic excellence, volunteerism and active engagement among the youth of the Filipino Americans in Georgia for the benefit of their communities and beyond.

 
The 2013 YLA Selection Committee Members are James McSweeney (Special Assist, US Presidential Libraries), Maryann Moriles (Nurse, Neonatal ICS at Southern Regional Medical Center) and Myles Villoria (Project Leader Employee Services at Delta Airlines).                                         
    
The Youth Leadership Award and Volunteer Appreciation ceremony will be held in January 2014
