GFI ships its 125th box of educational resource materials to benefit Mindanao

May 17, 2010 * Norcross, GA

Galing Foundation, Inc. ships its 125th balikbayan box of educational resource material to benefit Kipalkuda Elementary School in Mindanao, a 2009 library fund recipient from the provincial office of Sarangani Province.

Through GFI's Atlanta Community Partnership Program on public library assistance promoting English and functional literacy in rural areas of the Philippines, the educational resource materials were donated by members of Cross of Life Lutheran Church in Roswell, GA and shipment was funded by Sachi Koto Communications, Inc.
